Overview
The RAM-107U consists of a double socket arm, 2.5" diameter round base with the universal AMPS hole pattern and connecting Humminbird/Apelco marine adapter base. The mount is designed with a RAM 1.5" diameter patented rubber ball and socket system that has adjustment points at both ends of the double socket arm; thus allowing for almost infinite adjustment and perfect viewing angles. What screws are used to attach the RAM Mount to the gimbal bracket?
Typically the gimbal bracket included with your fishfinder will also come with mounting screws that should connect to the RAM® mounting plate. As these mounts are universal and are for many different applications, the necessary hardware needed for each application will vary. For marine applications, RAM® recommends stainless steel hardware to prevent corrosion.
