Will this fit the track on a old town Sportsman, 120 pdl
Yes, it will work in that track as long as the inner dimension of the track is .95" or under.

Will this fit the Havoc T rail?
We have not tested this specific rail system, but we can at least verify that the T-Bolt that comes with this product is .48" wide and .125" thick. If your track system can accomodate those T-Bolt dimensions then this product should be compatible.
