Does this come with the screws needed to mount?
I'm afraid we are not able to provide that hardware because we do not know what type of material it is being mounted into or whether or not you have access to the back side of the surface that is being mounted to. The best resource for that type of information is usually a local hardware store or the manufacturer of the vehical or boat where you are mounting to.

Can this work with the Scotty Universal Mounting plates? https://scotty.com/product/341-glue-on-mount-pad/
This track will not line up with the Scotty product. Their pattern is 1 5/16" x 3 3/16, while the hole pattern on this track is 1 1/8" x 2". However, there is an alternate Track + Adhesive option that we offer: RAP-398-BLK-TRACK-AU.
