RAM® Motorcycle Brake/Clutch Reservoir Base with Action Camera Mount
Overview
The RAM-B-174-A-GOP1U consists of hardware for mounting to either brake/clutch reservoirs and rails that are 0.5" to 1.25" in diameter, short length double socket arm and action camera mount. Designed into the mount is a 1" diameter patented rubber ball and socket system with adjustment points at both ends of the socket arm. The mounting hardware for brake/clutch reservoirs include both standard and metric mounting bolts.

Will this fit a 2025 Goldwing Tour?
Upon checking it looks like the RAM-B-174-A-GOP1U is NOT compatible with the 2025 Honda Goldwing Tour.

Is it possible to buy an attachment for the top end so I could mount an Insta X3 camera on it
Yes, you can use a RAM-B-366U RAM Ball Adapter with 1/4"-20 Threaded Stud for Action Cameras in place of the Universal Action Camera Ball Adapter that's included as part of the RAM-B-174-A-GOP1U.
