Overview
The RAM-B-101U consists of a long length B size 1" double socket arm and two 2.5" diameter round ball bases that contain the universal AMPS hole pattern. The ball and socket system provides shock and vibration damping, and allows for near-infinite adjustability to achieve an ideal viewing and operating angle of your device.

Does this SKU include the hardware needed to bolt it to a flat surface?
No, the hardware required to install this mount is not included. Because these are mounted to such a wide variety of materials and applications we do not know what hardware to provide. The best resource for that type of information is usually a local hardware store or the manufacturer of the vehicle you are mounting to.

What size screws are needed for the holes on this ball plate?
The most common screw sizes are #8, #10, M4 and M5 screws. However, if you are pairing this with any RAM® Holder, the holder will come with the necessary hardware to connect to your mount.

I'm looking to purchase sku RAM-B-101U-C with sku RAM-HOL-TABL24U. Is anything else needed to make sure this has security (lockable) solution, or anything else needed?
To make the mount fully lockable, you would also need a locking knob for the double ball mount itself. There are a few options to choose from; top two would either be the key locking RAM-KNOB3LU, or the Pin-Lock security knob RAP-S-KNOB3U.
