What size screws are needed for the holes on this ball plate?

The most common screw sizes are #8, #10, M4 and M5 screws. However, if you are pairing this with any RAM® Holder, the holder will come with the necessary hardware to connect to your mount.
So just to clarify, does this come with hardware?

No, the RAM-B-238U does not come with any hardware. RAM recommends using #10 screws appropriate to the material being used as a mounting point.
