Overview
This version of the spring-loaded RAM® Quick-Grip™ holder provides a secure fit for a variety of large phones and other devices. Included is a medium length RAM® double socket arm and zinc-coated handlebar U-Bolt base that accommodates rails from .5” to 1.25” in diameter.

I don't see my phone listed in the compatibility section for this cradle. How can I make sure my tablet is compatible before placing an order?
You can find a list of compatible dimensions for this holder in the product information section. If you want to make sure your tablet will fit in this holder you can measure your tablet to make sure it falls within the compatible dimensions.

Will this system work with an otter box case for an IPhone 13 Pro Max? Thanks for your help in this matter. Sean Mabin
Depending on the case yes, the Quick Grip XL that's included as part of the RAM-B-149Z-PD4U. The Quick Grip XL will accommodate a phone in a case that's between 5.75" - 7.25" in height, 2.625" - 3.625" in width, and up to .72" thick.

Does the RAM Quick grip have a vibration dampener? Can this be used for iPhone?
While the RAM ball and socket system is designed to dampen shock and vibration, the Quick Grip holder itself does not include this function and there are no additional accessories at this time. To our knowledge it is a low percentage of overall users who encounter this problem but there are too many external factors (type of bike & environment, iPhone model, position of mount, etc) to say with accuracy if a given application will work. It is worth noting that our mounts have a lifetime warranty and will cover the failure of any mounting components, but does not include the device mounted itself. -
Will you be making a mount in the quick grip xl, that will not block the camera on the back of the phone?
Degrees of camera exposure will vary depending on which phone it is supporting, but at this time no redesign of the RAM Quick-Grip XL is in the works. However, the RAM X-Grip generally does a better job of exposing the camera on the back.
