This kit includes a small RAM® Tough-Claw™ clamp base connected to an 18” RAM® Flex-Rod™ and medium double socket arm. The RAM® Tough-Claw™ can be clamped to 0.625" - 1.14" diameter rails. Designed for use with popular wheelchair brands, clamp the RAM® Tough-Claw™ in place and pair with your preferred B size device holder.

Does the extension arm Quick release from the claw?
No, that connection is not quick-release. The extension arm must be removed with a phillips screwdriver.

Can the claw be replaced with RAM-101-MB2 slotted receiver to be used for vehicle mounting ?
Yes, you can replace the Tough Claw that is included as part of the RAP-400-18-B-201 with one of the Slotted Receiver Leg Plates from RAM-101-MB2. However the RAM-B-316-1-24-202U comes assembled with one of the Leg Plates and provides approximately the same distance from the mounting point.

Is the Ram Tough Claw with Ram Flex Rod 26" Extension Arm for Wheelchairs compatible with the RAM Tab Tite Holder for 9-10.5" tablets?
Yes, by adding a RAM® Round Plate with Ball - B Size to you Tab-Tite of choice you will have a full set up!
