Does this fit the CAMR style thread on a painters pole?

The RAP-B-114-FRBBU will fit a 1/2" pole and is not threaded.
Will this fit a 1/2 inch pipe ?

Yes, the RAP-B-114-FRBBU will accommodate a 1/2" OD pipe. The Flex Rods are 1/2" in diameter and the Ball Adapter fittings are made to fit on the Flex Rods.
