Overview

The RAM® Tough-Tray™ III with Adjustable Tripod (RAM-TRIPOD1-234-7) is a versatile, all-in-one laptop mounting solution designed for flexible positioning and reliable device support. The included adjustable tripod allows you to customize the setup to suit your workspace and application. The spring-loaded RAM® Tough-Tray™ III accommodates laptops ranging from 10" to 17" in screen size, measured diagonally, and features four adjustable retaining arms with integrated grips. Each arm adjusts vertically and horizontally to provide a secure, customized fit for laptops of varying thicknesses while maintaining access to ports and drives. Integrated 2-hole AMPS mounting patterns around the tray perimeter make it easy to expand your setup with compatible accessories, including printers, handheld devices, and scanners. Further customize your workstation with optional accessories, such as the RAM® Adjustable Screen Support and RAM® Power Caddy, sold separately.

Reading part numbers

The letter after RAM tells you the ball size: RAM-B-166 uses a 1" B ball, while RAM-D-201 uses a 2.25" D ball. C size parts are the exception and carry no letter, so RAM-201U is a C size arm.
