Overview
The RAM-D-162V-1-246U is a rugged wall mount system with swing arm and ratchet arm. The end of the ratchet arm has a ball & socket joint connecting to the end VESA plate. For devices Up to 6 lbs, the adapter plate contains the 100x100 VESA hole pattern, as well as the 75x75 VESA hole pattern. Multiple adjustment knobs throughout the system allow you to articulate your device to the perfect viewing angle relative to your mounting surface.

What are the 4 shoulder washers used for?
The four included shoulder washers are meant to accommodate smaller screws in case the original holes on the ball plate are too large. These washers will reduce the risk of smaller screw heads stripping through the larger holes, and can be used with any of the holes on the ball plate.
