Overview
The RAM-B-166-A-UN7U consists of a 3.3" diameter suction cup twist lock base, SHORT length double socket arm and universal spring loaded X-Grip® cradle for cell phones. The suction cup, twist lock base is designed to have a strong hold on glass and non-porous plastic surfaces. The included X-Grip® cradle has a clean and clever four leg design that sports great holding power without hiding your phone behind foam pads and plastic. The spring loaded X-Grip® cradle expands and contracts, allowing for a perfect custom fit of your cell phone. I noticed my phone can be rotated back and forth about 15 degrees when it is in the X-Grip. Is that normal?
That type of movement is totally normal for the X-Grip. When being used for less rugged applications the small amount of movement allowed is not an issue, but sometimes when traveling at higher speeds or in bumpy environments it can be. If that is causing problems in your application, it is best to use the safety tether which will prevent that type of movement by creating tension between the phone and backplate.

I see the compatability chart and it has the Samsung A30 phone listed...will the mount hold the Samsung A32 phone also? Thanks
Yes, as long as the case you are using doesn't make your Samsung A32 more than 3.25" wide then the RAM-B-166-A-UN7U wil be a solid choice for a suction cup mount and phone holder.
