Overview
This weBoost mounting kit includes a 3/8"-24 X .375" threaded RAM® Tough-Ball™ that screws into thread adapter of the weBoost antenna, a C size short length socket arm and a C size RAM® Track Ball™ to mount to a third party track system or any RAM® Tough-Track™ system. The adjustability of the RAM® Mounts system allows you to collapse the antenna while not in use, as well as extend the reach of the weBoost antenna if mounted in a tight space. This weBoost antenna mount is compatible with the Drive Reach OTR and Drive X antennas making this the ideal mounting solution for off-road vehicles and semi-trucks.

Can this bolt onto a Gobi roof rack? I’d like to have it bolt to the mesh part of the rack but was wondering if the t-bolt would be large enough. Thanks!
RAM doesn't have specific fitment information for Gobi products, but as long as the track will accommodate a t-bolt .49" wide and .95" long, and will not be used when the vehicle is in motion, then the RAM-379-372437-354-TRA1U will be a good option.

will this mount fit a stock 2016 Toyota 4Runner SR5 side rail?
The RAM track ball used in the RAP-379-372437-354-TRA1 is intended to be as universal as possible and is compatible with any track that will accommodate a t-bolt connection that is .48" x .95". RAM doesn't currently offer any options specific to the tracks used on any car or truck.
