RAM® Strap Hose Clamp Mount with 100x100mm VESA Plate
Overview
The RAM-108B-246U consists of a strap clamp 1.5" diameter ball base, standard length double socket arm and VESA (4 X 75mm) (4 X 100mm) plate. The strap will accommodate rails from 1" to 2.1" in diameter. Included is a rubber protection strip to help reduce vibration and to prevent scratching of the mounting surface. The 4.75" square plate contains 4x100mm holes and 4x75mm holes in each corner.

What are the 4 shoulder washers used for?
The four included shoulder washers are meant to accommodate smaller screws in case the original holes on the ball plate are too large. These washers will reduce the risk of smaller screw heads stripping through the larger holes, and can be used with any of the holes on the ball plate.
