Does the RAP-BB-230-14U come assembled?

No, the RAP-BB-230-14U does not arrive assembled. We recommend using PVC cement for a permanent connection or a few loops of electrical tape around the PVC pipe itself to serve as a termporary friction fitting once the socket is pushed into place.
