Melissa Lemley joined NPI in 2020. Throughout her time with the company, she has held roles in Account Management, Business Development, and Product Development. In her current role, Melissa focuses on product lifecycle management and project coordination, working closely with teams across engineering, production, operations, sales, and marketing to bring new products from concept to completion.

In her free time, Melissa enjoys baking, exploring, and spending time with family and friends.
