Do these pre-made PVC that come with sockets already attached are they glued or can I take them off in case I want to change the length of the pipe
No, the PVC pieces do not come pre-glued or permanently assembled. We leave the components separate so you can configure and assemble them how you need, including changing the pipe length if needed.

It is about 1.092"

the product doesn't include a glue to join the parts, what i have to use?
For the PVC connection like the RAP-BB-201-18U, RAM recommends using PVC cement for a permanent connection or wrapping a few loops of electrical tape around the PVC pipe before pressing the pipe sockets into place to form a temporary friction fitting.
