Will it thread onto a 1/4-20 post?
The RAP-276U is not threaded and is meant for PVC pipes.

Will this glue onto standard PVC pipe or only the RAM pipe?
This can be adhered to either any RAM PVC pipe or any third-party standard PVC pipe as long as it is the same diameter, which is 1.1" ID and 1.3" OD.
