Will this spin in the socket base or does it lock in place to keep from spinning? How do you engage and disengage to remove from the base socket?
The RAP-354-75U is a wedge mount that will expand to fit tubes with a diameter between .75" and .875" in diameter. By twisting the ball portion on top, the "wedge" will expand, keeping the ball adapter in place. Instruction can be found under the resources tab.
