Overview
The RAM® Tab-Tite™ spring-loaded, quick release holder offers a secure fit with easy access to the mounted tablet. The interchangeable cup ends are designed specifically for the Samsung Galaxy Tab Active5, Tab Active3 and 2 with either the OEM case or the RAM® Skin™. The spring-loaded design makes it easy to insert and remove your tablet, while keeping it secure in a variety of applications. The custom end cups are designed to optimize the functionality of your tablet, enabling access to all buttons, ports, and tablet functions. The bottom cup intentionally exposes the power connector so if the user has a Tab Active5 & 3 with no battery, the tablet can be inserted and removed without disconnecting the cable. Included is a set of four nuts and bolts to attach the holder to any RAM® components that contain the universal AMPS hole pattern.

Does this fit a Samsung Tab A9 2023 8.6 inch?
This tablet holder is specific for the Samsung Galaxy Tab Active5, Galaxy Tab Active3, Galaxy Tab Active2. For the Samsung Tab A9 2023 dimensions being H: 8.307 W: 4.909 D: .315.

Is the AMPS mounting location symmetrical with respect to the tablet? If I rotate the screen from portrait to landscape is it going to be offset to one side or the other? Is this a suitable mount option for an off-road motorcycle?
The AMPS hole pattern is centered on the holder, so when rotating between portrait and landscape orientation, the device should remain in a consistent position without offset. This setup is suitable for motorcycle use; however, for rough or high-vibration environments, we recommend using a C Size mounting system for added stability. For handlebar mounting, a commonly used option is the RAM-149Z-B-202U.
