RAM® Large Marine Electronics Mount - D Size Short
Overview
The RAM-D-111U-C consists of a short double socket arm, 3.68" diameter round base, and 11" x 3" rectangle base. The round base includes a 2.25" D size rubber ball and contains pre-drilled holes, including the universal AMPS hole pattern. The rectangle base also includes a 2.25" D size rubber ball and contains a variety of pre-drilled holes that are compatible with several large marine electronic devices, including fish finders and chartplotters. Included are four shoulder washers that allow smaller hardware to fit properly in the large holes of this plate.

Does this come with different length arms?
Yes, we do offer kits with longer double socket arms. The RAM-D-111U is the kit with the medium length arm, the RAM-D-111U-E is the same kit with the long arm.

What screws are used to attach the RAM Mount to the gimbal bracket?
Typically, the gimbal bracket included with your fishfinder will also come with mounting screws that should connect to the RAM® mounting plate. As these mounts are universal and are for many different applications, the necessary hardware needed for each application will vary. For marine applications, RAM® recommends stainless steel hardware to prevent corrosion.

What are the 4 shoulder washers used for?
The four included shoulder washers are meant to accommodate smaller screws in case the original holes on the ball plate are too large. These washers will reduce the risk of smaller screw heads stripping through the larger holes, and can be used with any of the holes on the ball plate.
