Can you adjust the suction cup angles to contour the windscreen?
No, the suction cups included as part of RAM-B-189-TAB-SMU attach directly to the adapter plate and cannot articulate but RAM does offer a similar base mount that allows the suction cups to pivot and adjust for a curved windshield. The RAM-B-189B-PIV1U allows you to adjust the angle of attachment of the suction cups to the mounting surface.

I'm looking for a mount for iPad mini 6 with case. Does it fit ?
Yes, one of the sets of cups in this kit can support the iPad mini 6 if it is in a light duty case. However if it is more of a heavy duty case such as OtterBox, you would need this alternate holder with the larger cups to support this: RAM-HOL-TAB12U.
