Overview
This C size drill-down mount comes equipped with the RAM® Tab-Tite™ holder for 9"-10.5" tablets with a case. This kit consists of two 2.5" diameter round bases that contains the universal AMPs hole pattern, and a C size double socket arm. The mount is designed with a 1.5" diameter patented rubber ball and socket system that has adjustment points at both ends of the double socket arm; allowing for almost infinite adjustment and perfect viewing angles. The rugged double ball and socket mounting system dampens shock and vibration, helping to extend the life of your device.

I don't see my tablet listed in the compatibility section for this cradle. How can I make sure my tablet is compatible before placing an order?
You can find a list of compatible dimensions for this cradle in the product information section. If you want to make sure your tablet will fit in this cradle you can measure your tablet to make sure it falls within the compatible dimensions.

What size screws are needed for the holes on this ball plate?
The most common screw sizes are #8, #10, M4 and M5 screws. However, if you are pairing this with any RAM® Holder, the holder will come with the necessary hardware to connect to your mount.

With previous mounts, I have had an issue with the vibration of the road causing it to slowly lower the tablet. How well do these mounts resist the same vibration?
The drill-down mounting components that are included as part of the RAM-138-TAB20U use larger ball connections, which will support more weight and help to further reduce vibration. The C size (1.5" diameter ball) bases in that kit will hold more weight as the smaller B size (1" diameter ball) and will provide better results in high vibration environments.
