John Overman joined the NPI team in 2021 as a Facilities Technician and has since grown to Facilities Manager. He manages facility maintenance, space, and vendor relationships while ensuring compliance with safety standards and codes. Leading a dedicated team of technicians and support staff, John fosters a collaborative and communicative work atmosphere. He also efficiently addresses emergency needs across all RAM® Mounts locations, playing a vital role in maintaining a safe and well-functioning environment for all.

John was born and raised in Washington. He has a background in carpentry and has experience working on boats, including a notable project restoring Al Capone's decoy boat for a client’s personal collection. Outside of work, you can often find him hiking the trails of Mt. Rainier, attending Seattle Kraken games, or enjoying time at Lake Chelan with his wife, son, and chocolate lab.
