Hannah Hopkins - Customer Service Manager

Hannah joined the NPI team in 2025 as an Office Administrator before moving into her current role as Customer Service Manager. Throughout her career, she has been dedicated to providing timely, effective, and empathetic customer support. Passionate about creating outstanding experiences and building strong relationships, Hannah leads the customer service team to ensure that every interaction reflects RAM’s commitment to excellence and expertise.


Outside of work, you can find Hannah making pottery, backpacking (she once hiked 2,200 miles!), or spending time with her partner and their dog.
