Brian Pinsker - Customer Service Manager

Brian began his journey at RAM in 2012 as a customer support representative, rising to the role of Customer Support Manager in 2023. With a Bachelor’s degree in Literature from Western Washington University, Brian brought an empathetic and curiosity-driven skillset from his years spent teaching high school language arts before transitioning into the corporate world. His passion for communication and problem-solving has been key to his leadership in customer service.

Outside of work, Brian enjoys an active lifestyle, playing tennis and spending time with his dog, Billy. A dedicated reader, he continues to indulge his love for literature, always seeking new stories and perspectives.
