QUESTIONS & ANSWERS
Have a Question?
-
Why is a small tube of fast set glue included in my X-Grip?
The glue is to put inside of the caps on the X-Grip to give them longer lasting hold. Under resources please see X-Grip Assembly guide.
-
I noticed my phone can be rotated back and forth about 15 degrees when it is in the X-Grip. Is that normal?
That type of movement is totally normal for the X-Grip. When being used for less rugged applications the small amount of movement allowed is not an issue, but sometimes when traveling at higher speeds or in bumpy environments it can be. If that is causing problems in your application, it is best to use the safety tether which will prevent that type of movement by creating tension between the phone and backplate.
