Will this fit on a 2024 Honda Transalp ?

Yes, that should work as long as the bike has an M10 threaded screw hole.
Will this fit on a 2022 BMW R1250RT?

While this does have a thread that's compatible with the right hand mirror post of BMW motorcycles, the length of the post makes it unlikely to work well. RAM does offer a similar ball with a shorter threaded post, the RAM-B-349-1U.
