will this work with a 2020 K1600GTL in the steering head, under the emblem?

We have not tested this product on that part of the BMW. If you can find out the thread pitch of that specific spot you can compare:THREAD PITCH M10-1.5 x 25mm. Also if you would like to take a look at RAM® Motorcycle Handlebar Clamp Base with M8 Bolts this is popular for the BMW bikes.
Will this fit on a 2024 Honda Transalp ?

Yes, that should work as long as the bike has an M10 threaded screw hole.
Will this fit on a 2022 BMW R1250RT?

While the RAP-B-379U-M10-JD1 does have a thread that's compatible with the right hand mirror post of BMW motorcycles, the length of the post makes it unlikely to work well. RAM does offer a similar ball with a shorter threaded post, the RAM-B-349-1U.
