The RAP-B-347U base consists of a 1" diameter rubber ball connected at right angles to a 2" x 1.7" square base. The base has four pre-drilled holes at each corner, making the universal 1.5 x 1.188 (hole spacing) AMPS hole pattern.

What diameter are the holes?
The hole diamaters are 3/16".

What size screws fit in the base?
We aren't able to recommend which screws to use, because we do not know what type of material it is being mounted into or whether or not you have access to the back side of the surface that is being mounted to. The best resource for that type of information is usually a local hardware store or the manufacturer of the vehicle you are mounting to.
