Overview

The RAP-299-3-UN11U consists of the RAM-A-CAN™ cup holder base, double socket arm and universal X-Grip® cradle. Included are support fins that flex and can be trimmed, making the cup holder base conform to most vehicle cup holders. The mount is designed with a RAM 1" diameter patented rubber ball and socket system that has adjustment points at both ends of the double socket arm, allowing for almost infinite adjustment and perfect viewing angles. The X-Grip® cradle is compatible with handheld devices that will fit the dimensions listed below. It is important to verify the dimensions of your handheld device with a case/sleeve/skin when determining the overall size.

  • Is this mount compatible with a Galaxy tab S7 FE 5G?

    Yes, the maximum height that is listed only applies if you are using the optional side support arms. If you remove at least one of those arms you will be able to accomodate the Tab S7 FE.

  • Will this work with an Apple I Pad pro (12.9 inch) 5th generation

    The RAP-299-3-UN11U will accommodate a 5th gen iPad Pro 12.9" tablet with no case or if you're using a very thin case.  You will not be able to use the optional side supports with a tablet that size.

  • This part says it has a maximum height of 10.25" (using optional supports). Is it possible to use this cradle with a tablet that is taller than that?

    Yes, the maximum height listed only applies if you are using the optional side support arms. If you leave at least one of those arms off of the mount it will be able to support taller tablets.
