Overview
This vehicle bundle consists of the RAM® No-Drill™ mounting system and the RAM® X-Grip® universal holder for 12" tablets. Designed to install quickly and easily into a range of vehicles using the existing hardware of the passenger side seat rails. This configuration provides a telescoping feature that ranges from 12” to 18”. Dual swing arms provide articulation and 12” of reach for passenger and driver access to the mounted device. The RAM® X-Grip® features an 'X' design that expands and contracts to provide a perfect fit for your device – even if it's in a case. Included are easy access grip knobs located on the back of the cradle for quick release of your tablet. This version of the RAM® X-Grip® holder is compatible with tablets that will fit the dimensions listed below. It is important to verify the dimensions of device with its case, sleeve, or skin when determining the overall size.

How can I be sure the universal mount is compatible with my vehicle before placing an order?
There is a compatibility guide available in the Resources section of this product page. The compatibility guide will show you how to measure your passenger seat bolts and surrounding area to make sure the mount can be installed in your vehicle.

This part says it has a maximum height of 10.25" (using optional supports). Is it possible to use this cradle with a tablet that is taller than that?
Yes, the maximum height listed only applies if you are using the optional side support arms. If you leave at least one of those arms off of the mount it will be able to support taller tablets.
