The RAM® Tough-Mag™ 48MM 3-Point Magnetic Mounting Base (RAM-MAG48-3U) offers a flexible, high-strength solution for securing devices to flat glass or metal surfaces, including vehicle windows and windshields. Constructed with a durable aluminum plate, this base features three pivoting 48mm external magnets that adjust independently to ensure a secure hold on slightly curved or uneven surfaces. The plate includes a pre-drilled 4-hole AMPS pattern, ideal for attaching a C size drill-down ball base. Each magnet is rubber-coated to protect mounting surfaces, minimize harsh magnetic pull, and comes with an integrated handle for fast installation and removal. With its fully pivoting magnetic attachment points, this base provides unmatched versatility and secure mounting for any sturdy surface up to 6mm thick.
