Overview
The RAM® Tough-Charge™ with X-Grip® Technology is the world's first patented, universal waterproof wireless charging cradle for phones. Designed with spring-loaded RAM® X-Grip® Technology, this cradle features an 'X' design that expands and contracts to secure nearly any phone while taking advantage of Qi compatible wireless phone charging. All four arms feature rubber-coated caps that hold your phone firmly in place, and the open design keeps buttons and switches accessible on the sides of phones. To insert your device, simply squeeze the arms on one side of the cradle and place your phone inside before releasing the arms. This Qi compatible wireless charging cradle ensures your compatible phone charges no matter what position it’s placed at. For added security and peace of mind, a device tether is included that’s recommended for outdoor applications. In addition, a support leg can be adjusted to the ideal position or removed altogether. This RAM® Tough-Charge™ with X-Grip® Technology wireless charging kit for vehicles includes a B size diamond base featuring a 1” rubber ball – perfect for attaching to your choice of B size RAM® double socket arm. The connected Type-A male pigtail connector features an in-line switch that allows you to turn off the wireless charging module when not in use. For in-vehicle charging, attach the pigtail to the included 1.2m Type-A male to Type-A female extension cable.

How long is the power supply cord?
The installed cord is ~20" and the included extension cable is 1.2m or ~47"

Hello, is the absolute max width 3.25" Or would it be possible to use this mount with a phone that is 1.5" wide
This will hold a devise that starts at 2.375" in width and can not exceed 3.25".
If your dimensions do not fall within these rages this will not hold your phone properly and can cause damage.

I'm looking to hardwire this into the fuse panel on a truck. What charger should I buy to go with this?
You can look at RAM-GDS-CHARGE-V7B1U for a hardwired connection.

Compatible with 12 pro max?
This holder will not work for iPhones newer than the iPhone 11, due to a change in iPhone charging requirements. The RAM-HOL-PD7B-W2MU is the holder you will need for newer devices.

Will this charger-mount work for a iphone 13 Pro Max?
The RAM-HOL-UN12WB-1 is not recommended for Apple iPhone 12, 13 & 14. These iPhone models support two wireless charging technologies: Apple’s proprietary “Magsafe” and WPC (Wireless Power Consortium) “Qi” standard. MagSafe can charge iPhones ~33-45% faster than the WPC Qi standard. RAM Wireless charging products provide WPC Qi BPP and EPP standard today up to 15W.

How long does the battery last before needing recharging? I have a iPhone 11.
The wireless charging holders require a USB-A power connection and an active power supply; there is no battery built into the wireless charging cradles like the RAM-HOL-UN12WB-1.
