Overview
The RAM® EZ-Roll’r™ key-locking cradle for the iPad Pro 12.9” secures your device in a form-fit holder while keeping the entire screen visible. Simply slide your iPad into the cradle and roll the top clip over the device to secure into place. The side buttons, camera, and charging port are conveniently exposed and accessible. This RAM® EZ-Roll’r™ cradle also features three attachment points on the back to attach a RAM® round ball base. For security and theft deterrence, the cradle features a keyed lock.

Can you remove the lock?
The locking system does not come off if you would like a cradle without the locking system take a look at

Will RAM® EZ-Roll'r™ Keyed Locking Holder for iPad Pro 12.9 3rd - 5th Gen (RAM-HOL-AP24KLU) work with 6th generation iPad Pro 12.9? It's my understanding that the 5th and 6th generations are are physically identical
Yes, those two tablets have identical dimensions so that cradle will work for the Gen 6.

Will this work for a 2nd Gen iPad Pro 12.9"?
No, the 2nd Gen iPad Pro 12.9" tablets have slightly different dimensions than the later generations of that model tablet and it will not fit in the RAM-HOL-AP24KLU.
