Overview

The RAM® Tough-Mag™ 48MM Diameter Magnetic Ball Base (RAM-B-463-MAG48U) is ideal for mounting small phones or devices to flat glass surfaces in static environments, like windows. The magnetic base is rubber coated to prevent scratching the glass surface and reduce the impact of the jarring magnetic pull, it also features a handle for easy installation and removal. The ball base features an aluminum, marine-grade post.

Reading part numbers

The letter after RAM tells you the ball size: RAM-B-166 uses a 1" B ball, while RAM-D-201 uses a 2.25" D ball. C size parts are the exception and carry no letter, so RAM-201U is a C size arm.
