The RAM Gas Tank base is a low-profile way to get a unique perspective from your camera or to attach your electronic device where it can be quickly accessible. This powder coated aluminum base mounts directly to the stock gas tank of any listed compatible motorcycles. We include the hardware you need to mount to the fill port as well.

I saw a 4th gen use the Gas Tank Ball Base for Motorcycles mount. Which size do I get for my 2020 R6?
If your tank bolt distance is 4 inches, then use this base. If the tank bolt distance is 3.5 inches, then use RAM-B-410U.

Curious on if I need a small or large gas tank mount for a cbr1000rr, not sure on what measurements are needed
We have not tested this specific bike model, but the best indicator for compatibility would be if your tank bolts are spaced apart by 4.45" center to center on opposite sides. This is shown in the 2D drawing graphic in the image gallery. If those 2 holes will line up with your tank bolts, then this base is most likely compatible.
