Overview

The RAM® Rearview Mirror U-Bolt Mount for Motive AI Dashcam Plus (RAM-B-379-A-201U-MTV3) is a no-drill mounting solution for the Motive AI Dashcam Plus. Attach the camera directly to the rearview mirror using the provided RAM® U-Bolt Base, which fits mirror posts with diameters from 0.5" to 1". The included B-size RAM® Tough-Ball™ threads directly into the Motive AI Dashcam Plus and maintains full functionality of both the front and rear cameras. For added security, the RAM® Pin-Lock™ Security Knob helps deter theft and tampering while keeping the camera secure. Built on the RAM® Mounts ball-and-socket system, this mount provides near-infinite adjustability for optimal camera positioning. Please note, this kit requires a Mount Adapter (ACC-DC6X-MNT-ADPTR1) from Motive (not included).

Reading part numbers

The letter after RAM tells you the ball size: RAM-B-166 uses a 1" B ball, while RAM-D-201 uses a 2.25" D ball. C size parts are the exception and carry no letter, so RAM-201U is a C size arm.
