Overview

Attach the RAM® double ball base to the brake/clutch handlebar control bracket and the mounting possibilities become endless. Rubber ball and socket technology allows for near-infinite adjustability and ideal viewing angles, while providing shock and vibration damping to help extend the life of your favorite devices. The brake/clutch double ball base fits the control clamps on your motorcycle with the included 40mm x 6mm stainless steel hardware. The two B size 1" rubber balls are permanently connected.

Do you have this same thing with double .625” balls instead of 1” ??

No, the only version of the RAM-B-309-6U RAM offers comes with the 1" diameter B size balls.
Does this fit the harley davidson controls

As long as the threaded ports at the mounting point are between 1" and 1.5" then the RAM-B-309-6U will be a good option for you. Because of the variance in motorcycles and popularity of after market mods, RAM isn't able to confirm that this product will be compatible with every Harley Davidson.
