Does this come with the hardware to attach it to a 18" Long 1/4" NPT Male Threaded Pipe

The RAM-B-218-1U does not require hardware outside of plumber's tape when used in conjunction with a compatible male NPT fitting like the RAM-PA5418. NPT fittings are intended to bind together when they thread; the plumber's tape ensures that there aren't any leaks.
