Am I able to use this cradle if my tablet has a screen protector installed?

No, this is a form-fitting cradle and is made to fit the tablet's exact shape. Anything that changes the external dimensions of your tablet will interfere with the mount's function. Even if it is only a slight change.
Will the cradle securely hold the tablet in landscape orientation?

Yes, this cradle is great for both portrait and landscape orientation.
What about charging my pencil?

While the iPad is in the EZ-Rollr cradle it wont be able to charge the Apple pencil at the same time.
do you have a cradle that would fit a ipad mini 6 with a otterbox case

The RAM-HOL-TAB12U will accommodate an iPad mini 6 in a heavy duty case. The RAM-B-202-AP36U is a form fitting cradle and will only fit an iPad mini 6 without a case or screen protector.
