Can the C Size ball be removed and replaced with a B Size ball?
While it is strictly possible, the C size ball is included due to the weight of the Starlink Mini. We do not recommend switching the ball out for a B size.

Which Starlink Mini does this work for. The 2024 3 hole or 2025 pole mount version?
The RAM-238-STA1U is compatible with both the 2024 and 2025 versions of the Starlink Mini.

By Marine-grade aluminum, does that mean AL 6061?

Is this speed rated for use in motion for only the part that connects to the mini i have my solution for the vehicle side
The RAM-238-STA1U is intended to be mounted on the outside of a vehicle when not in motion. The mount is not recommended for in motion use.
