Michael joined NPI in 2023 in his current role as Quality Control Manager. The role entails full quality management, inspection, and documentation of NPI’s manufacturing and assembly processes from first fabrication to final inspection and shipment, working to ensure customers receive an ever-increasing standard of quality RAM® Mounts products. Additionally, Michael oversees RAM® Mounts’ ISO 9001 certification via its Quality Management System, aids Sales opportunities and growth through quality compliance support, and collaborates on Continuous Improvement opportunities throughout the company.

In his free time, Michael enjoys spending time with his wife and kids, cooking, playing Ultimate Frisbee, and watching sports.
