Mark Slater joined NPI in 2024 as the Plant Manager for the company’s new facility in Kelso, Washington where he is focused on expanding NPI’s die casting and powder coating capabilities. With 35 years of experience in the papermaking industry, Mark brings extensive expertise in team development, process optimization, and production efficiency

Outside of work Mark loves spending time with his wife Cathy, daughter Kylee and son Blake. He loves golfing, boating, and spending time in the outdoors!
