Grady joined the NPI team in 2015 as an Account Manager for Material Handling. After a couple of years of account management, he transitioned onto the Sales Operations team, helping document and streamline the sales processes. During his time in Sales Operations, Grady organically took on a role as a liason between sales and production, becoming a cornerstone to the two organizations. This is how he evolved into the Operations Planning Manager, overseeing scheduling and operational priorities for fulfilling orders.  

Grady was raised in the Seattle Area and graduated from Western Washington University. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and kids, watching Mariner’s games, playing computer/video games, table top/board games, and building Lego.
