Sarah Boutwell joined the NPI team in 2019 as part of our Inside Sales Team. She then moved to the Account Management Team, handling our distribution channel. While in that position, she surpassed expectations by curating meaningful relationships, maintaining a constant student mentality, and mastering channel strategy. Due to her success with many of our top partners, Sarah then took on a Business Development Manager role, focusing on OEM partnerships and Material Handling. Recently, she’s taken on another new role at RAM® as a Product Manager, working cross-functionally with our Engineering, Sales, and Marketing teams to represent the customer voice and help guide product direction.

Outside of work, Sarah loves to garden, bake, and enjoy as much sunshine as possible in Seattle!
