Rick Phillips joined NPI in 2007 and has worked in several different departments throughout the company including production, customer service, sales, and product marketing. As NPI has evolved over the years, Rick has laid the foundation for many procedures including product photography, videos, instruction sheets, and much more. As Senior Marketing Manager, Rick is the go-to source for in-depth product knowledge, and oversees all product content, compatibility, technical data, and educational materials.

Outside of NPI, Rick spends time with his wife and two kids, and practices guitar.
