Carla, a Pasadena, California native and graduate of Pasadena College, serves as the VP of Professional Development for ALPFA Seattle (Association of Latino Professionals For America). Professionally, she is a Project Manager for Facilities and Maintenance at RAM® Mounts, working alongside the Director of Facilities, Machinery, and Tooling to create and manage comprehensive project plans. Her role involves overseeing projects related to production improvements, manufacturing equipment, and collaborating with various engineering and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.

In her free time, Carla enjoys exploring Seattle's rich culture, particularly through its culinary scene and social spots. A passionate Dodgers fan, she frequently attends Mariners games. Carla also loves spending time outdoors, going on dog-friendly hikes with her corgi, Archer, and traveling with loved ones to discover new places.
