Overview
The RAM® Tough-Charge™ with X-Grip® Technology is the world's first patented, universal waterproof wireless charging cradle for phones. Designed with spring-loaded RAM® X-Grip® Technology, this cradle features an 'X' design that expands and contracts to secure nearly any phone while taking advantage of Qi compatible wireless phone charging. All four arms feature rubber-coated caps that hold your phone firmly in place, and the open design keeps buttons and switches accessible on the sides of phones. To insert your device, simply squeeze the arms on one side of the cradle and place your phone inside before releasing the arms. This Qi compatible wireless charging cradle ensures your compatible phone charges no matter what position it’s placed at. For added security and peace of mind, a device tether is included that’s recommended for outdoor applications. In addition, a support leg can be adjusted to the ideal position or removed altogether. This RAM® Tough-Charge™ with X-Grip® Technology wireless charging kit for vehicles includes a B size diamond base featuring a 1” rubber ball – perfect for attaching to your choice of B size RAM® double socket arm. The connected Type-A male pigtail connector features an in-line switch that allows you to turn off the wireless charging module when not in use. For in-vehicle charging, attach the pigtail to the included 1.2m Type-A male to Type-A female extension cable.

I don't see my phone listed in the compatibility section for this cradle. How can I make sure my tablet is compatible before placing an order?
You can find a list of compatible dimensions for this holder in the product information section. If you want to make sure your tablet will fit in this holder you can measure your tablet to make sure it falls within the compatible dimensions.

Why is the power indicator flashing red?
FLASHING RED indicates an Error. This means it's not working, and you should turn it off; unplug it from the charger; re-plug it in and turn it back on. Also, there is a Compatibility list to make sure you are using the correct devise in this mount.

will the new sonim xp10 fit in this with keeping the bottom support in place?
Yes, you can use the foot support supplied with the RAM-HOL-UN12WB to ensure the spring loaded arms don't interfere with the buttons on your Sonim XP10.

I have an iPhone 11 with an OtterBox case. Will it charge the phone through the case? Don't really want to take it out of my Otterbox phone case every time I ride. Thanks
It all comes down to the overall thickness of the case that will determine whether or not there will be any connection issues. If the case creates a distance of more than 6mm from the phone to the wireless charger, then it will most likely not work.

Is this compatible with the iPhone 13 ProMax for fit and charging? Is there enough allowance that it will work with an Otterbox or other case on it?
This holder will not support the iPhoe 13 Pro Max. As long as this is not being mounted in any open cockpit environments, what we would recommend for this is our ball adapter for the MagSafe: RAP-B-202-AP-MAGU.

How would I connect this to RAM® 12" Long 1/4" NPSM Male Threaded Flexible PipeRAM-PF-585-12
The RAM-B-200-1U would be the component to achieve this. The threads will engage with the 1/4" NPSM pipe and this socket will accommodate the B Size ball on the holder.
