RAM® Strap Hose Clamp Ball Base 1" - 2.1"
Overview
The RAM-B-108BU consists of a B size 1" rubber ball connected at a right angle to a V-shaped base, and accommodates rails from 1" to 2.1" in diameter. To mount the RAM-B-108BU base, place the saddle-shaped plate on the rail and then wrap the metal clamp strap around the rail and plate. Tighten the knob on the metal strap with a screwdriver until it has a firm hold on the rail. The RAM-B-108BU is an alternative mounting base for Beechcraft airplanes with a “throw over yoke."

Will this fit my yoke?
This is commonly used with the Beechcraft throw-over yokes, but as long as the yoke on your aircraft is between 1" and 2.1" this will be compatible

Can I fit a C size ball to this. (I bought this B size but my mount is slipping so I think I need to go up a ball size)
No, the B size ball included as part of a RAM-B-108BU is injection molded onto the post of that mount and cannot be changed. The RAM-108BU is a comparable mount that has the 1.5" diameter C size ball.
