The Challenge

Cummins engineers rely on laptops to monitor engine performance and vehicle parameters throughout on-road testing. During these evaluations, quick access to live data is essential for validating performance and identifying issues without disrupting the testing process.

The Solution

Cummins deployed RAM® No-Drill laptop mounting systems across its RAM truck testing program, providing engineers with a dedicated workstation inside the cab. The adjustable mounting system positions the laptop higher and closer to the dashboard, making it easier to monitor testing data without constantly looking down toward the center console.
